This quintessential Maine cottage has been completely renovated, while maintaining its classic charm. The porches and decks alone are enough to make your vacation. Sit outside on the front deck and listen to the surf, or be more protected on the enclosed porch on the pool side and enjoy Pool Views across the well-manicured lawn. This cottage offers a path through the marsh to the Pool, where you can launch a canoe, kayak or stand up paddleboard. It also owns 100 feet of private beach just across the street that is available to the renters of this house only. The interior is cozy and attractive; with a living room on the front and an open kitchen and dining area on the Pool side. There is a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master has a vaulted ceiling and some ocean views. There is a ¾ bath and a ladder to a loft area above the hallway. Washer and dryer in the garage and a new commercial ice maker. This property rents from Friday to Friday. The price includes the cleaning fee as well as a 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $150.00 per week.
