Property Description
Directly across the street from the beach, this basic but tidy cottage is all you need to enjoy a week in Maine! If you're tall enough you can catch a glimpse of the ocean, or enjoy beautiful marsh views from the great back yard. This one-level cottage may not be fancy, but it has one of our best return rates. Sometimes simplicity and easy beach access is all you need! The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $125.00.
