Property Description
Newly built, the School District # 7 cottage, is a replica of an historical schoolhouse that was previously located on the property. It sits up off the road and a short drive to the beach. When you first walk into the home there is a little mudroom/entry way with an antique bench. The downstairs has a 1/2 bath with a washer/dryer for your use. The kitchen has brand-new appliances and is open concept into the living area. The living area has a few chairs, a couch, and a TV. Located upstairs are the bedrooms, a queen size bed, a dresser, desk, and closet make up one bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds (that can be placed together to make a king sized bed) and some closets. Between the two bedrooms the 3/4 bathroom is located with a nice glass shower. The whole house is air conditioned for those hot days. Perfect for a family who wants the beach and the woods, this house feels like New England. Walk, drive, bring your bikes, to get to the beach and enjoy what the locals do on a daily basis.
