Property Description
The Pool House 113 is located across from the entrance of the Bath House access road. Just a short walk to the beach! The house sits up on a little hill as you approach downtown Biddeford Pool. Guests can sit in the sunroom and watch the tide come and go with the stunning views of the pool. All bedrooms are upstairs. The master has 1 king bed. The adjoining "kids" bedroom a has bunk bed with stairs and a twin trundle. The guest room has a queen bed. There is also a try-fold that can be used for an extra space to sleep. Full bathroom on main floor with adjoining laundry, the master ensuite has a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and dual vanities, and a third bathroom upstairs as well. Amazing sunset views, short walk to beach or downtown, multiple outdoor decks with seating, spacious half-acre lot with safety fencing along roadside, child-friendly amenities, and ample parking.
