Property Description
This adorable house sits on the rocks overlooking the beach. Situated off a private road with dune grasses surrounding you, it is what every Maine vacation is meant to feel like. Walk up a few steps to the porch that wraps halfway around the house. When you enter the home, your eye is drawn up as the space has high ceilings to the second floor making the house feel big and spacious. Breezes from the ocean flow through the windows and you feel at home and at ease right away. There is a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor to the right of the door and to the left is the dining, living area and kitchen. Perfect to keep an eye on the kids playing on the porch while dinner is being made. The home has a spiral staircase that winds up to the two bedrooms located upstairs, along with another bathroom. One of the bedrooms can either have two twins or be pushed together to have a king bed. Spend the day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, make a cocktail and enjoy the porch, and listen to the waves at night..This home is a must rent to help make those Maine summer memories. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $250.00.
