This is a lovely, well- appointed, private home just a short walk or bike ride away from the Biddeford Pool/Fortunes Rocks beach. The good size kitchen offers an island with seating and attached TV room. The first floor also offers lovely dining and living rooms. The two spacious bedrooms are upstairs. This is a wonderful, well-maintained home. The price includes the cost of cleaning plus the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $225.00.

We like everything! Sweet 16 is a very good and comfortable cottage. For a family, it is perfect. The beds were comfortable and the dining room was a royal dining room. Thank you very much!
