Property Description
This is an old fashioned, traditional New England cape with a lovely ocean view and a nice back yard. The house is a minute's walk to the secluded little beach with a spectacular view of the sunset, and it is a ten-minute walk to the lovely 2 1/2 mile white sandy beach. It is a stone's throw from the quaint village where you will find a grocery store, gift shop and post office. Our house has a kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor. The living room has a cozy wood burning fireplace. Three bedrooms and bath are upstairs. There are five twin beds all together. The stairway is steep and narrow and may not be suitable for children or people with mobility issues. The price includes a 10% service fee and the cost of cleaning. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $200.00.
