Property Description
This wonderful cottage is located on Ocean Ave. offering spectacular ocean views from almost every room. The first floor has a wonderful covered front porch for dining and watching the wildlife on the islands in front of the house. There is also a sun porch for days when it might be nicer to look from inside the cozy cottage. The living room provides a great place to gather for family games. The kitchen has access to both the covered porch and separate dining room. There is a half bath on the first floor as well. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom that has been updated. The primary bedroom offers spectacular views of the ocean. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. While there isn't a kitchen in the detached garage apartment there is a setup allowing for enjoying a quiet breakfast or a cup of coffee sitting on the deck. There are beautiful views of the water and very comfortable furniture. This is perfect for grandparents who are on vacation but wouldn't mind a quiet space in which to escape. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $300.00 per week.
