Property Description

A beautiful beach front property in Granite Point with private access to Horseshoe Cove. Just walk to the left of the property to get onto the beach. The first floor has a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with a gourmet kitchen, complete with a gas stove, double ovens as well as a warming oven. The second floor has 2 guest bedrooms and a large bathroom with a tiled shower and beautiful ocean views. The primary bedroom is a true oasis with a private bathroom and exquisite views. In the basement there are 3 twin beds and a bathroom with a stall shower. Off the living room, there is a screened porch with comfortable wicker furniture for lounging, eating and watching the ever changing ocean. The price includes the 10% Service Fee as well as the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $300.00.
