Property Description
Launch your canoe or kayak from the back yard at this immaculate Poolside cottage. The ever-changing views provide a lovely setting, and the Biddeford Pool/Fortunes Rocks beach is just steps away. This is the best of both worlds: paddle on tranquil Biddeford Pool and enjoy waves and surf on one of the best beaches Southern Maine has to offer. At high tide, sitting in the living room almost feels like being on a ship and from the living room, you can step out onto the deck to get an even better view. The bedrooms, living space and one bathroom are all on the second floor. There is one bathroom downstairs. The price includes the 10% Service Fee as well as the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $125.00.
