Property Description
Ocean’s Edge is a private, three bedroom home directly on the beach with views of Basket Island and Saco Bay. The open concept first floor offers a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and granite countertops, and a spacious, living with gas fireplace and dining room facing the beach. There is a ¾ bath off the kitchen. From the living area, you can walk out to a deck overlooking the water, across the lawn to a patio in the dunes and right onto the beach. The second floor has the two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with a set of bunk beds; full on the bottom and a twin above. On this floor there is also a ¾ bath with double sinks and laundry. The large, private primary suite with a king size bed is on the third floor, featuring a bath with a tiled shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the ocean. There is also a trundle bed on the third floor which has 2 twins. The price includes the 10% Service Fee as well as the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $250.00.
