Property Description
Great water views across the street and 2 private beaches to explore. The house is meticulously maintained with 2 options for outside sitting. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, bedroom and a full bathroom. From the living room there are french doors to a sun porch which then opens to the outside deck with an awning to shield you from the sun. Upstairs there is another family room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Off of the family room there is a 2nd floor deck with fabulous views. The owner will be there to greet you and show you any specifics to the home. The rental rate includes the 10% service fee and the cost of cleaning. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $225.00.
