Property Description
This cute, one bedroom garage apartment is ideal for one person who is looking to be in the Pool for the summer. It is conveniently located close to the village and is just a short walk the beach. While there is not a full kitchen there is a toaster oven with pizza and rotisserie functions, microwave, electric frying pan and coffee maker. The queen sized bed is on the second floor with pretty views over the pond and towards the ocean. The bathroom with a stall shower is located on the first floor. Outside there is a private area with a table and umbrella. The access to the beach is right down the street via a short path. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $100.00 per week. Stays longer than one month will require a cleaning once a month during the rental period.
