Located just one and a half miles from Fortunes Rocks Beach and six miles to Kennebunkport, this home is nestled in the woods. The interior is a bright open floor plan with living area and kitchen on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor with a full bathroom. Downstairs is a large den with 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom and washer and dryer. One of these bedrooms has 2 sets of bunkbeds.It is a perfect place for kids! Outside is a wrap around deck and picnic table for all your outside dining and relaxing needs. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $175.00 per week.
