A large, private yard surrounds the house, and the beach is just steps away. 3 queen beds, 2 XL twin beds that can be pushed together to make a King make up the bedrooms, additional fridge and freezer located downstairs for extra storage. Updated features for 2026 including new 65 inch TV, updated beds and mattresses, new furniture in living room, new dining room chairs. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 18% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $250.00 per week.
