Lovely, bright cottage with a deeded Right of Way to a beautiful stretch of private beach directly across the street. This home is well maintained and comfortable. It has a new three-season porch from which you can look out into the large private yard while relaxing and enjoying the cool sea breeze. The house also offers heat for those cooler September evenings. From the yard you have views of the salt marsh and conservation land where egrets and herons can often be seen. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $125.00 per week.
