This home is directly across the street from the ocean with private beach access in a quiet, mostly owner occupied stretch of beach. This access is available to the renters of this house only. The back porch overlooks a large tidal pool with wonderful sunsets. The kitchen has been recently renovated and reflects a bright, fun beach house. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $150.00.
