Property Description
Beachfront rental with spectacular views from every window! Spacious and comfortable outdoor decks on both sides of the house with an easy path to the beach. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $250.00. Property has exterior security cameras to monitor the number of people at the house and on the beach. If the maximum occupancy of 9 is exceeded owner will impose significant additional fees. Additionally, the rental contract states that exceeding the maximum occupancy for the property may result in being required to vacate the property without refund.
