Property Description
The week of 8/24/24- 8/31/24 will receive a $300 discount off the base rate. Fortunes Rocks Beach is just steps away from this quaint year round home. In its quiet, wooded location, you’re removed from the bustle of Fortunes Rocks Road while still having easy beach access. There is a large deck off the living area with pond and limited ocean views. Enter from the deck and see the living room on your right and the dining room on your left. Through the dining room is the kitchen with laundry. Down the hall from the kitchen is the full bath and primary bedroom. Upstairs are two camp-like bedrooms, with a total of 4 twin beds and a full bed. The upstairs has air conditioning and for chilly nights, there is heat. This getaway has all the basics, and most importantly, a great location. There is a washer/dryer by the kitchen and an outdoor foot washing station to take care of any beach sand your brought back with you after a day at Fortunes Rocks! The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $150.00.
