Property Description
Welcome to this stunning oceanfront studio with bold, panoramic views and the beach just steps away. The deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the sweeping views down the beach and the side yard is a private area for stretching out. The views continue inside so even on chillier days you will still be close to the action of the waves. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals at home. However, the former mill town of Biddeford has been attracting a wave of new restaurants and wine bars that are worth trying. Due to the design of the loft space this property is unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. There is a designated parking spot for one car only. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $125.00 per week.
