Property Description
This classic Maine Cottage has more than meets the eye! Bold views of the rocky coast across from the house and a short walk to the beach. Wonderful Biddeford Pool location. The setting is spectacular and inside there is a lot of room for family or escaping it all and sitting quietly by yourself. On the first floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room, a separate family room in the back of the house with a 1/2 bath and a kitchen with a breakfast table. Upstairs are the 5 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the ocean side of the house and has a queen size bed as well as a sitting area. There are 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds, another bedroom with a full sized bed and an additional room with a queen sized bed. The second floor has 2 bathrooms, one with a stall shower and the other one has a tub with shower. There can be no more than 4 cars.The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional weeks rented will be deducted by $200.00.
