Property Description
Location, location, location! This old fashioned Maine cottage is directly on the coast, overlooking the harbor and islands out to Saco Bay. Walk down to sloping lawn to semi-private "Little Beach", where you'll enjoy a calm, tidal, more secluded piece of sand, shared only between you and a few friendly neighbors. This is also an excellent location for evening and sunset picnics. While this quirky home is not for everyone, it is one of our most unique properties. Amenities such as 3 claw foot tubs but no modern shower, Wi-Fi but no TV allow this house to maintain its funky appeal. Please call or email us for more details on whether or not this home will work for you! There is a first floor bedroom with a king size bed and an attached 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms. Two of which have one twin in each with a 1/2 bath in between them. At the other end of the hall there is another bathroom in between 2 bedrooms, one with a 3/4 bed while the other has 2 twin beds. In the middle are 2 bedrooms, one with a 3/4 bed and the other with a queen sized bed. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. In the room over the garage there is another queen sized bed and 1 twin. The bathroom in this area has a stall shower. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $350.00 per week.
