Property Description

Captain's Quarters is beautiful family home located in Granite Point. This home is a short walk to a private beach that guests may use. Take the short walk or drive to Timber Point, explore the walking trails and beach, or venture out at low tide and walk out to Timber Island. When you are done with a day at the beach use the outside shower to cleanup and then enter the house into the basement where the 3/4 bathroom is located. Located in the basement is the billiard room with a pool table to use. The main floor has a big open family area to eat, play games, and enjoy each others company around the large table. The kitchen is perfect to cook meals and still be part of the gatherings. On the main floor is the living room, kitchen, and a bedroom with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom. The second floor has the other three bedrooms and another full bathroom. The bedrooms on this floor have a queen bed, a double bed in another, and the third bedroom has two twins (these could be made into a King). A wonderful Maine home to vacation in and enjoy the beach, Timber Point, and the local attractions this summer. The price includes the 18% Service Fee as well as the cost of cleaning. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $225.00 per week.
