Property Description
Boardwalk to Beach is a beautiful home located in Biddeford Pool. The house is a short walk to the beach, no need to even cross the street! A short walk from the yard along the private land trust path, over the dunes on the boardwalk to the beach. After a day at the beach the ability to use the homes outdoor shower makes cleanup a whole lot nicer. A great feature of this home is that all four bedrooms are on the first floor along with the full bathroom. This allows for your family to be all together upstairs or to put the little kids to bed after a long day and still be able to enjoy the home. Plenty of space throughout this home for everyone. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a foldout couch. The other bedrooms have a full size bed, two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has twin size bunkbeds. This house feels perfect for a family vacation in Maine. The upstairs is a beautiful, bright, open concept, living space. Plenty of room to enjoy a meal in the dining area, sit and relax in the living room, enjoy the outdoor decks view, bask in the sunlight, or cook in the kitchen. The half bathroom is located on this floor also. This house has a stair lift system for those who might need help getting to the second floor.
