Property Description
This tidy and comfortable cottage is all on one level. There is a raised deck offering limited ocean views and a glassed/screened eating area in the rear with beautiful views over the salt marsh to the birds and wildlife in the conservation land. There are 2 bedrooms each with twin beds. The kitchen opens up to the screened porch so easy access for meals. The best feature of this house is LOCATION! It is directly across from Fortunes Rocks Beach with a private access to beach. The price includes the 10% Service Fee as well as the cost of cleaning. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $150.00 per week.
