Property Description

This is a charming cottage in the perfect Biddeford Pool location! There's an easy stroll to the beach without having to set foot on the road, and you can also explore on foot all the places that make the Pool so memorable: the Audubon trails, the Point, the rocky shore, and the quaint village center with store (and lobster pound!). Park your car and forget about it! There are excellent amenities outside and in: a quiet, private patio with a gas grill, a front yard with views across Great Pond that's also perfect for lawn games, and bright, airy rooms that keep their cool. Choose as your primary suite either the first floor Queen with ensuite full bath or the upstairs King with hallway full bath. Either way, you'll fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean! There's also a third bedroom with a bunk-bed setup, two twins on the bottom and one on top. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $150.00 per week.
