Property Description
Spectacular setting on the rocks with the ocean to the east, south, and west. The cottage is quintessentially “Maine,” understated, cozy, and comfortable, with a deck wrapping around three sides. Bring your binoculars; it’s a perfect site for watching shore birds and other aquatic life. Four-minute walk to secluded sandy beach. The living room, dining area, and kitchen have an open floor plan with huge windows overlooking the rocky shore and small islands. The two bedrooms have a bathroom in between. Internet, WiFi, and washer/dryer bring conveniences to your fingertips while the ocean is at your feet. Property has an electric grill. There is a small TV that can be used to play DVDs. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $125.00 per week.
