Property Description
This beautiful home is a new rental for us this season. Located on the beach on Mile Stretch Rd. The home sits up above the sand with stunning views of both the ocean and the pool. Feel that lovely Maine breeze as you sit and watch the ocean from this spectacular spot. The home has three floors, plenty of bathrooms, and beds. It is a great spot for a family or a group of friends. Amble parking behind the home and a short drive to downtown Biddeford or even shorter to Goldthwaite's. Above the garage is the guest house (called the pool house) which has two queen beds and a bathroom. The house sits higher than the parking area and as you walk into it the first thing you notice is the amazing view of the ocean. The home is bright and comforting and makes you feel like you never want to leave. The first floor has the kitchen and dining area to the left of the entrance and a living space to the right. This floor also opens up to the front deck and yard. Sit and enjoy the sun, magnificent views, or walk down the stairs onto the beach. The second floor is the master suite. Stunning views of the ocean can be seen right from bed and beautiful views of the pool from the bathroom. Right off the master bedroom is a small bedroom with a twin bed in it. This leads to a beautiful seating area with a door that opens to the second floor outdoor patio. Grab your morning coffee and enjoy this private outdoor space. The third floor has two bedrooms with two queen beds each. Plenty of bathrooms placed on all floors of this home. Come and enjoy all that Maine has to offer including this gorgeous home with amazing views. Spend the day on the beach with privacy from the public beaches, walk up the stairs to the front yard, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then enjoy the front porch while eating a lobster dinner. What more could you ask for in a vacation.
