Property Description

This home is directly across the street from the ocean with private beach access in a quiet, mostly owner occupied stretch of beach. This access is available to the renters of this house only. The primary bedroom has a deck that overlooks a large tidal pool with wonderful sunsets. There are 2 additional decks, both with spectacular views. The inside reflects a bright, fun beach house. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $175.00.
