Newly redone 3/4 bath (shower, no tub) on the first floor. Second bedroom with two twins is upstairs, along with small third bedroom with one twin. A small half bath is tucked into the hallway upstairs. Beautiful views of Wood Island harbor on one side and the golf course on the other. Quiet, private location. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be deducted by $225.00 per week. Parking for no more than two cars.
