Property Description
Are you looking for a winter rental? The monthly rate does not include utilities. This cottage is an absolute gem! There is a path a short distance from the house that provides access to the beach. Inside the house offers many options for gathering the family together or providing a quiet space to read and relax. The small porch on the front of the house is a perfect place to sit in the sun and drink your morning coffee. The small sun porch just inside the front door is a lovely space to sit and watch the world go by. In the back of the house there is a large screened porch with room for eating, sitting and watching the wild life in the marsh. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom while upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with ocean views and a full bathroom. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $125.00 per week.
