Property Description
This beautiful Carriage House is located three houses from the rocky ocean on a quiet tree-lined street. Enjoy the covered porch area below or the deck with gas grill, table, chairs and umbrella, above. The large outdoor hot shower and dressing area is on the opposite side of the deck stairs. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes, accessed by the community Land Trust Beach Walk. There is plenty of storage for your beach chairs, toys and bikes. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $115.00.
