Property Description
This roomy and comfortable year-round family home is ideal for the family that wants to be close to the beach. It is located on a quiet, dead-end, dirt road only 200 yds. from the sandy beach with a private outdoor shower for washing off all the sand. Enjoy the sunroom and back patio as well as the deck on the second floor. The first floor has a recently renovated kitchen, a large dining area and a spacious living room with new, comfortable furniture. There is also a fireplace for chilly nights in the off season. The sun room is a perfect spot to get away, read a book or take a nap on one of the two daybeds. There is also a queen size bedroom with a bathroom across the hall that has a stacked washer / dryer. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms, two with queens and one with 3 twins, a bathroom as well as access to the deck. The price includes the 10% Service Fee as well as the cost of cleaning. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $150 per week.
