Currently available for monthly rental through June 1, 2024. Montly rental occupancy is capped at 5 people, electricity, gas for heat and internet to be paid by renters. Shorter term winter rentals are also available, great spot for a family holiday get together or for visiting parents to UNE. This spacious home has views of Maddox Pond and the ocean beyond! It is a few minutes walk to Fortunes Rocks Beach. Enjoy the outdoor deck for grilling and outdoor dining. The outdoor shower is perfect for a quick refresh after returning from a day at the beach. The first floor interior is open concept living with modern kitchen details. The second floor offers bright bedrooms with water views as well. A perfect family get away! The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $225.00 per week.
