This elegant home was built in 1821. It carries the charm of 5 generations of ownership. A deck on the back of the house faces the water with beautiful views of the sunset. There are 5 bedrooms and two full bathrooms: one bedroom downstairs (queen) and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Don’t worry about driving anywhere once you’re here. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the 2 mile-long sandy beach in one direction and a 3 minute walk to Goldthwaite’s store, the local grocery and lobster pound. The price includes the cleaning fee as well as a 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $150.00 per week.
