Property Description
Fortunes Rocks home with beautiful views over a pond to the ocean. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors and new kitchen. Tucked away for complete privacy but with easy access to the sandy beach, 10 minutes walking. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor. The master bathroom has a queen sized bed and an attached 3/4 bath. One of the other bedrooms has a queen while the other two each have 2 twins. Enjoy the outside deck which has chairs, table and umbrella. Right off the deck is a larger dining table which seats 6-8 people. A perfect spot for early mornings and after spending the day at the beach! The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $150.00 per week.
