The first floor has a large living area with a sun porch beyond. All bedrooms are upstairs, spacious and sunny. The full bathroom is on the first floor. There is a large backyard and an outdoor shower for after the beach! Reduced price of $2,785 available for the weeks of June 29th, July 6th and August 24th 2019. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $145.00 per week.
