Property Description
This spacious 4 bedroom home sits on the pond and looks across to the beach. There is a path right behind the house to the beach. No need to cross or even walk on the road. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins each and a 3/4 bath. The second floor is the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. There is a large deck with nice views and a half bath on that middle floor. The primary bedroom is on the 3rd floor. It has a king bed and a full bath. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $275.00 per week.
