While the name, Maine Seaside Rentals, is new our position in the area was forged by Melville Realty which we have recently purchased. With that move we have inherited a large and wonderful group of properties and continue to work exclusively in the rental market. This means that our time and energy are focused solely on your rental needs.
Our office is located in the Ocean View Properties building which is the primary local sales organization.
We are fortunate to live in a beautiful place - and equally fortunate to be able to share it with many repeat visitors and look forward to introducing it to newcomers each year.
